What is important for a theorist? Practice, of course. IGUMO again gives its students a golden opportunity to feel what a professional is.

The competition was announced for the vacant positions – those of a judge, a prosecutor and an attorney. The information about the candidates will be published in the register. It should be noted that the selection of the candidates is at its height.

The consultants for the selected candidates to play a role in a legal process of a married couple’ divorce and property division have been already been assigned:

• judges – Kazina Tatyana Vasilyevna ( Dean of Department of Law)
• plaintiff’s side – Volynkina Marina Vladimirovna (Rector of IGUMO, Prof., PhD (Law);
• defendant’s side – Kondratenko Olesya Anatolyevna (Deputy Rector for Law Practice).
• prosecutors — Mogachov Michail Ivanovich (IGUMO Academic Secretary).

The first procedure is civil. The plaintiffs, defendants and other participants will be separately trained by their advisers.

Students of all the IGUMO departments may take part in this session of the court. It will be great pleasure to see the students of the Journalism Department who can write about the procedure in their publications. Articles under the heading «From the Courtroom» are very popular among the IGUMO students.

Before the event journalists have to obtain accreditation (In the future it will be very useful for them to have such experience).

The expected date of the procedure is December 18, 2012
