On May 10, 2011 at the Institute for the Humanities and IT the Enlarged Session of the University Administration was held. In IGUMO Academic Council hall not only the deans but also their deputies as well as the heads of professorial chairs and the faculty representatives gathered. The main issue on the agenda was the introduction of Module Rating Knowledge Assessment System of the students within the university. Such a system has already become popular in European education; it is actively applied in leading establishments of higher learning in Russia. It is quite evident that a 100-point rating system shows student’s knowledge impartially.
