An elegantly decorated fur-tree – the symbol of New Year – was the centre of Russian traditional winter events in IGUMO three times this December:
On December, 25th a holiday party for the children of IGUMO faculty, employees and students took place. The students of the Drama Department performed a miracle play «Cinderella» written by H. C. Andersen. Russian Father Frost and his granddaughter Snow Maiden gave the children traditional sweet gifts.
On December, 27th the IGUMO students had a lot of fun at New Year disco party.
On December, 29th the IGUMO faculty and employees gathered around the New Year tree for a fancy-dress party. In accord with a well-established tradition there were many jokes, a lot of fun and kind wishes for the coming 2011.
