On November, 17-18, 2010 a joint interuniversity conference «Modern problems of professional consulting» took place at the Institute for the Humanities and IT. Professional consulting is a special kind of activity, the essence of which consists in helping the client to solve individual problems. The range of subjects, which were considered at the conference, was quite broad: the choice of occupation, social adaptation of the young specialist, his formation, career aspirations, the specific features of a chosen career building.
