On October, 12th, 2011 there was organized the first in this academic year meeting of the Civilist Centre of the IGUMO Department of Law. The topic of the meeting chosen by M.V.Volynkina, Prof., PhD (Law) was «Legal Relationship – Fiction or Reality?».

We cannot but mention that year in year out more and more students get interested in the meetings of Civilist Centre with the purpose of investigating science and legal matter.

M.V.Volynkina asked the students to find the answers to a number of very specific questions. After a thorough analysis of the theory of Law, the students were able to find the answers to all the questions.

After the analysis of the essence of legal fiction and its elements, the participants spent some time trying to find the sense of the concept ‘subjective right’. The participants thoroughly investigated the contents of civil subjective rights.

According to the professor and the leader of the Civilist Centre M. V.Volynkina such meetings are more than just useful for the students of the Department of Law because such meetings do not only help the students to look into the complex law mechanisms, but they also show the beauty of law and help the students sense their professional potential.
