It is hard to believe but it is true – IQ-simulator is at IGUMO! As a rule, at the Department of Law the classes on the main academic subjects are held in the Training Courtroom. And it is known that Russian trials are public.
Agency Contract, Commission Agency Contract and Agency Service Contract became the subject of research at the lesson. Everyone at least once a lifetime has to deal with those contracts. And, to be quite frank, contracts are usually signed without reading. Meanwhile, there are many legal pitfalls in such papers. Future qualified lawyers ought to know much about these documents; otherwise the consequences can be unexpected.
For a while, the Training Courtroom of IGUMO turned into headquarters. Volynkina Marina easily controlled the work. She headed the students in the right direction. The students of the third year of the IGUMO Law Department displayed their self-dependence, initiative and consciousness.
Face-to-face communication was more like a «brainstorm» of professional colleagues than a «standard» class and that made training extensive and thorough!
