The series of scandals in the process of the 2011 students’ recruitment to the Educational Institutions of Moscow proved a distressing fact: the struggle for school-leavers isn’t always based on honesty. The most spread method is to keep the school-leavers in ignorance about their admittance to the Institute.
As a result they can’t pattern their behavior and use a possibility of an alternative Institute. They can’t stand against the system and automatically enter chargeable Departments.
It’s a great shame that our colleagues can play such games. At IGUMO the situation is quite different!
The IGUMO Entrance Commission finishes the students’ recruitment for the 2011-2012 academic year in a regular way – efficiently and honestly. The main efforts of the Institute officials are aimed at preparation for the new academic year. The auditoria are under repairing, Computer Center is upgrading computer labs, and new modern training rooms are being created – Art Studios, and some areas for practice.
New Training Areas created by professional designers in accord with the European quality standards appear at the Institute.
