A session of IGUMO IT Academic Council took place on December, 21st, 2010. It was the last big event of the expiring year.
The new strategy of IGUMO development became the basic theme of the session. It is well known that strategy means a plan of activity covering a long period of time. However, it is possible to make strategic plans only in close correlation between the internal resources and the external world requirements.
